Challenge
Bosma Enterprises runs warehousing and fulfillment operations with a workforce that is more than 50% blind or visually impaired. Manual inventory processes were slow, precision-dependent, and difficult to execute in a way that worked for every employee on the floor. Bosma needed a platform that could deliver reliable inventory data without placing the burden of that work on human vision.
Solution

Co-Pilot's voiceover and screen magnification capabilities ensured that any trained Bosma employee, regardless of vision level, could participate fully in inventory workflows. The platform reads barcodes, lot codes, expiration dates, case counts, and occupancy data automatically, giving operators a real-time view of physical inventory versus system records.
Results
